INDIA AI CREATIVITY CHALLENGE 2026
Disclaimer
This Disclaimer applies to the India AI Creativity Challenge 2026 (“the Challenge”), the Platform at school.takeoffprompt.ai, and all related content, tools, evaluations, certificates, and communications. It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. By registering for or participating in the Challenge, the Registering Adult accepts this Disclaimer on their own behalf and on behalf of the participating student.
1. Nature of the Challenge
1.1 The Challenge is an independent, privately organised educational and creative activity. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any government body, education board (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, or otherwise), university, examination authority, or any AI technology company whose tools may be used, unless expressly stated in writing.
1.2 The Challenge is a skill- and creativity-based activity. It is not a lottery, contest of chance, gambling activity, or investment scheme, and it offers no cash prizes.
2. Certificates & Recognition Titles
2.1 Certificates and recognition titles (“AI Creativity Explorer”, “AI Creativity Star”, “AI Creative Thinker”) are participation and encouragement credentials only. They are NOT academic qualifications, marksheets, diplomas, professional certifications, or proof of proficiency, and they confer no rights of school admission, academic credit, scholarship, or employment.
2.2 Recognition titles reflect an automated, AI-based assessment of creativity on the day of submission. They are not a measure of a child’s intelligence, ability, or potential, and should not be treated as such by parents, schools, or any third party.
3. AI-Generated Content
3.1 Images on the Platform are generated by artificial intelligence based on prompts written by participants. AI outputs are inherently unpredictable and may contain errors, distortions, stylistic variations, or unintended elements (e.g., extra fingers, garbled text within images). Such imperfections are normal characteristics of current AI technology, are disregarded in evaluation, and do not entitle participants to refunds, re-attempts, or re-evaluation.
3.2 While the Platform uses age-appropriate missions and content filters, no automated filter is perfect. The Organiser does not guarantee that every AI output will meet every family’s expectations. Participation must take place under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorised school representative, who is responsible for supervising the student’s session. Any unexpected or inappropriate output should be reported immediately to the contact in Clause 8 and will be acted upon promptly.
3.3 Any resemblance of AI-generated images to real persons, places, brands, or works is coincidental and unintended. AI-generated images may have limited or uncertain copyright protection under applicable law, and the Organiser makes no representation regarding their ownership, registrability, or commercial usability.
4. Automated Evaluation
4.1 Submissions are evaluated by an automated AI evaluation system applying the published parameters (Creativity, Imagination, Communication, Problem Solving & AI Expression). Automated evaluation involves inherent subjectivity and limitations, and reasonable variations in outcomes are possible. All results are final; numerical marks and percentages are internal and will not be disclosed.
4.2 The evaluation system is designed to be encouraging. Feedback language is intentionally positive and should be read in that spirit; it is not a professional psychological, educational, or developmental assessment of the child.
5. No Professional Advice
5.1 Nothing on the Platform — including missions, feedback, results, blogs, or communications — constitutes educational, psychological, career, legal, or professional advice. Decisions about a child’s education and development should be made in consultation with parents, teachers, and qualified professionals.
6. Platform Availability & Third-Party Services
6.1 The Platform, AI tools, and evaluation system are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6.2 The Platform depends on third-party services (AI providers, cloud hosting, payment gateways, email delivery). The Organiser is not responsible for outages, delays, errors, or failures attributable to such third parties, to the participant’s device or internet connection, or to events beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
6.3 External links, if any, are provided for convenience only; the Organiser does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Challenge or the Platform. In any event, the Organiser’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an entry shall not exceed the entry fee actually paid for that entry. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited under law, or any rights available.
8. Reporting & Contact
8.1 To report inappropriate content, technical issues, or concerns about a child’s participation, contact: admin@takeoffprompt.ai
9. Updates
9.1 The Organiser may update this Disclaimer at any time. The version published on the Platform, with its “Last Updated” date, is the operative version. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, please do not register for or participate in the Challenge.
